I understand the work on both sides of the requirement.
I’m Natalie Dreyer, PharmD, Founder and Principal Consultant of Rooted Regulatory Consulting.
My background combines pharmacy operations with hands-on regulatory and compliance experience. My work has included managing multi-state pharmacy and DME licensing, researching state-specific requirements, working through applications and deficiencies, preparing for accreditation, and supporting Medicare Part B compliance. I understand these requirements not only from a regulatory standpoint, but from the operational side of actually putting them into practice.
That experience has given me a practical perspective on regulatory work. Understanding the requirement is only the beginning. The harder part is determining how it applies to a specific pharmacy, identifying what needs to happen next, and translating it into something that actually works operationally.
I founded Rooted because pharmacies deserve regulatory support that is knowledgeable, direct, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
